Hello, I live in Lezoux and in 2002 I called on Maison et jardins to have my house built. This year in my neighborhood 2 other houses built by them as well!! Very serious and 22 years later my house is still perfect, no worries, I recommend Maison et jardins for their knowledge and skills, don't hesitate
After shopping around with several manufacturers. Maisons et Jardin, in the person of Guillaume, was able to listen to us and did everything possible to make our project a reality. Now we are very happy to take full advantage of our house.
We wanted to build a house for our old age. After consulting several builders, Maison et Jardin came out of the water. Guillaume our contact immediately understood what we wanted. Listening, he really helped us design our project. Then Stéphanie accompanied us to finalize the file on an administrative level (very efficient and friendly) and the work began in October 2023. Our works manager is competent, serious and gives good advice. Today our house is out of water, out of air and we are still very satisfied with Maison et Jardin. Recommended for any construction!!
We started building our house in 2018 (the dream of a lifetime) After meeting several builders, our choice turned to Maison et jardins without any hesitation, for the price but also for the kindness of the team. Sylvia accompanied us in developing the plans, gave us very good advice on all administrative procedures, she was always there, she is an incredibly kind woman. The work schedule was respected and we were able to receive our house in August 2019 (one of the happiest days of our lives) The whole Maison et jardin de Clermont team was fantastic, a big thank you and especially to Sylvia. If we had to redo a house, we would call on them again with our eyes closed.

Nous avons fait construire notre maison en 2015 par maisons et jardin. Nous sommes ravis du service et du résultat. Commercial fort sympathique , très compétent et très a l écoute. Il nous a fait un super projet , original malgré les contraintes de notre terrain tout en respectant notre budget. Nous avons été très bien accompagnés du début a la fin . Le chantier par lui même s est très bien déroulé et les délais respectes. Nous n avons rien de négatif a partager de notre expérience. Tout s est très bien déroulé et nous sommes ravis du résultat. De plus les matériaux sont de très bonne qualité et en prime, contrairement aux autres constructeurs nous avons eu une étude de sol ce qui permet d être sur que les fondations sont bien faites en fonction de la structure du sol et que la maison ne bougera pas . Nous recommandons ce constructeur et referons appel a lui si nous avons un autre projet 😊
