House delivered in December 2022. Bad advice, bad team, bad after-sales service, bad site manager...a life project that has become a real nightmare. March 2024 and still problems. Seriously, don't take this builder, don't make this mistake.

Pour notre premier projet de construction, nous avons été très bien accompagnés par M.Patras. Chaque étape nous a très bien été expliquée, on sent qu'il maîtrise parfaitement son sujet, et cela nous a vraiment rassurés.
