We have already said all the good things about the work carried out by Elisa project manager. The follow-up of the file by Céline, customer assistant, was handled efficiently and we are starting the work on the house on schedule with all the useful documents for the progress of this work. We hope for an equally efficient suite for construction. To date, the MCAlpes team has given us complete satisfaction.
We contacted the Étaux office for our construction project. Stéphany guided us from the start, providing us with valuable advice and impeccable follow-up. She demonstrated exemplary professionalism, great availability and real investment. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control and those of MCA, our project could not be completed. However, we will not hesitate to get in touch again for a future project, if the opportunity arises!
Even if we did not complete our construction project, we really appreciated the contact with Stéphanie, always available and very friendly. In addition, MCA seemed very attractive in terms of quality/price.
