Very happy with my BABEAU SEGUIN construction project, I highly recommend this company. I took possession of my house at the end of March (nearly six months ago) and I am very satisfied with it. Thank you to Renaud VALETOUX for the design, from plan, of my house, meeting all the criteria I was most passionate about. Thank you to Nicolas POUGET, Site Manager, for his professionalism, availability, responsiveness, and kindness. Not a single phone call went unanswered or without a return call, and for the follow-up after the keys were handed over. Also very good administrative support. It's important to be able to rely on true professionals and to be able to trust them. Building a house is no small feat; it's a big part of our lives. Thank you to them.
We had our house built by them. The house was delivered ahead of schedule. The construction manager, as well as the agency manager, were available and responsive, even after the keys were handed over. Professional and welcoming staff. Bien que n ayant finalement opté pour la construction neuve Gaelle a été très à l écoute de mes attentes que ce soit sur le plan de la maison ou sur les choix terrains. ( rendez vous très complets - visite maison témoin - actualisation des plans en fonction du terrain) Je suis très satisfaite des échanges et des entretiens réalisés.

Une agence dont tout le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute. La conception du projet avec Gaëlle fut une très belle expérience : elle fournit de très bons conseils sur le projet mais également sur des aménagements possibles. La conduction des travaux avec Virginie et Ludovic fut tout aussi intéressante : toujours disponibles pour la moindre interrogation. Bref, des personnes pour qui le caractère humain est une valeur importante. Depuis, mon emménagement définitif en janvier, j'ai plaisir d'habiter ce logement conforme à mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cette agence à tous ceux ceux qui veulent construire un nouveau projet de vie.
Deuxième maison que nous faisons avec eux. Gaëlle est très disponible même quand sa partie est finie. Nous la remercions beaucoup. Maintenant on attend le début de la construction mais nous avons confiance en eux.
