For our first construction project, we turned to concept homes. Axelle Carré helped us a lot to set up our project and was always available to answer our questions. She was there from the beginning until the keys were handed over. We were lucky to have Elsa as a work manager who made herself available whenever she could. Deadlines were met. We have just received the keys and are starting our work. In short, I recommend!

First construction project for us. We had several information meetings before refining our project with Ms. Carré Axelle. She was able to guide us, explain and reassure us about its feasibility. She is always available to answer any questions we have. We recommend Maison Concept, and Mme Carré!

We are satisfied with the work carried out by the Maisons Concept teams. The house was delivered on time. The person in charge of our site was responsive, and closely monitored the progress of the construction.
I read a lot of negative comments and yet I don't have the same feeling. Mr Letournel was very efficient in submitting our building permit within a very tight time limit. Subsequently, Mr Doury, our works manager, did everything possible to advance our site as much as possible. There was a delay not due to Maisons Concept but which perhaps could have been managed differently by the company. If we had to rebuild we would go through them again without problem.
Thank you to the entire Maisons Concept team for their serious and rapid work. Mr Letournel welcomed us very warmly and was able to meet all our expectations regarding the plans of the house, we didn't even hesitate! Concerning our work manager Benjamin, very appreciable follow-up and work. He was able to make all the craftsmen work very quickly and very cleanly. I very sincerely recommend Maisons Concept for its quality of work, the speed in terms of delivery times, the quality of the services as well as all the team who were able to meet our expectations and requirements. If tomorrow we had to build again it would be without hesitation.
